Painting Urban Landscapes is a specific experience, not like painting usual landscape since you can feel the air and aroma of the city, I was painting this one on location in L.A. alley trying to follow the constantly moving shadows from the houses and small buildings, their shape and lenght is changing according to the sun’s movement making my job much harder, this scene is a close up of an alley that connects one of the streets in L.A.
